夏天熱辣辣,總令人想吃雪糕,但吃得多又會成為身材大災難,不如試試這款用香蕉來做的簡易軟雪糕,打出來的雪糕質地跟真雪糕很似,但食起來沒那麼甜,卡路里也低很多,而且做法簡便,更可以加入朱古力或芒果等其他配料同做,值得一試。
